Well, since I was one of those players with all my characters equipped with Oasis and it no longer exists, I proceed to desistal the game and I'm sorry, I work many hours a day and it would be impossible to create weapons or armor.

I work more than 50 hours a week.  i've gotten decently geared (GS 635).  It is possible.

But you can easily make or purchase purified water or the tea...

Just words here.  You still have an account, you will return. Oasis gear never existed on the consoles.  I have no clue how someone can take one aspect of any game, and turn it into a critical support feature for the whole game.

Meanwhile on the crafting of armor,  I recently made a new character Sabah_Alkhayr was created 2 days ago and never once benefited from Oasis gear or chest contents.  He is level 54 and total play time is about 25 hours.  Most of that time was AFK training his horse while I slept.  His armor is Grunnil, which I purchased for silver in the CM.  I upgraded it to TRI before I crafted and used 4 Ultimate  Armor upgrades to make his set turn gold.  Pretty much did the same with his weapons.  These are not Oasis level but they are pretty darn close, if you upgrade (blue) Akum armor, it is higher than Oasis.

These weapons and his armor might be temporary or permanent, it depends on boss drops or what the future holds for him.  You have to think about the future, we don't know what they plan to add in January.  Right now they have new chests dropping 3 times per day.  There is something new and different around every corner.
