Lafi is a treasure because offer more function then normal compass.
Because Lafi is impregnable, there should be an option to have a basic compass permanently.
The only thing that makes the lafi compass special is it's ability to teleport your party and that has a 6 hour cooldown which make that feature a bit lacking. It's bassically a once per day use. So the most used feature of the lafi compass (or any compass) would be the ability to navigate.
The lafi compass most beneficial feature in my opinion is never again wishing you had a compass. Its always there. But it seems you want that feature to come to you a lot easier in the form of a basic permanent compass which would make trying to get the lafi compass a waste of time.

Why we can't simple obtain perm "basic" compass (without Lafi compass bonuses) for eg. collecting 20, 30 or 50 Part for Explorer's Compass.
I don't think so. It's really not needed for anything, and if a player feels they really do need one for whatever reason, it's just a ~21 M silver investment and a little pre-planning to purchase the parts off the central markets.
Honestly though, anyone that knew they were going to want one/some when Ellie left has been saving/puchasing their compass parts for a while and will have plenty.

You're overestimate the value of compass. I was just fine without a compass before Elllie, and I will be still fine without it now.

Correct. We don't need barter anymore, especially since it has long ceased to be profitable.
