So much outright lies and misinformation in this thread. First off life skills is too generic there are what over a dozen life skills all with various purposes and returns.

#1 Life skills dont suck plenty of people do them and plenty of people make 300-500 mill an hour doing them. Could they be improved? Sure some could so could grinding in kama too and a host of other things get over it.

#2 You dont make more grinding sulfur this lie is getting old has been debunked over and over its the same goofballs conveneintly using igris to get the 300+ mill an hour. sulfur is literally 200-250 mill an hour no igris everyone can verify this easily (which is why we know its a lie to post higher) because you are not gated by class, nor by gear, or anything beyond pets and so literally everyone with 5 t4 pets get the same income.

#3 the items you pointed out are not on the market not because of price but because of the effort needed to attain, much like tet fallen god armor its easily worth the prie to sell it but its just not easy to attain, guess what neither is a corsair t8 or a pegasus (notice you skipped out the fact there are t9 horses to buy just not the one you want which is the theme of your whining wahhh I cant just get everyhting i want for silver) same for horse gear you can get some just not the very best which is all you will accept.

#4 Free market MMO games have miserable economies with the few things that do sell being wildly over priced and everything else never sells because its trash and no one wants it, the other part you conveniently left out is in those games the good stuff is BIND ON PICK UP so you really cant sell it aka you have to earn it yourself.

#5 then there was the lie that you need 40B in life skill clothes to do it no you don't you will be behnd but just fine as a guru life skiller and 2-5 billion in gear. some idiot even posted a screen shot comparing a beginner 10 naked character with 100 mastery to a 1200 mastery to try to lie their point ignoring the fact the gap is small in 5 billion compared to 40 billion, but hey go show me a grinder in 5 bill compared to a grinder in 40 billion.

TLDR its the same handful od spoiled entitled liars who have polluted the board for 5 years. You whine you get pk'd and need pve only, then you whine you got karma bombed, then you whined this sucks, then you whine that sucks, literally you just try to whine to win instead of earn your way as this game dictates. It's nauseating seeing the same pack of liars year after year.

Only thing you are correct in your post that these lifeskill items take effort to get, but yet cant figure that they are useless to sell with horrible market value, so why bother...

It is sad when they point out misinformation when a huge amount of "lifeskillers" draw out this strategy to gather views from victims... who are mostly kids.

You forgot that grinders get better progression paths than lifeskillers with less amount  $$ or silver involved.  Tuvala is a game-changer, then you add the fact that Tuvala can transition into an actual PEN.  Pretty much a straight path while grinding Valencia.  Get Mem frags, black magic crystals etc

Also, the "trash loot" Tuvala mats are $$ once players reach the cap.  Tuvala is easy to upgrade now compare to the previous season.  200k Refined, 100k Time-filled, or 50k Ores which I don't find in your loot list maybe you switch to normal servers when seasonal is crowded.  Or it doesn't show on Garmoth

Compare to lifeskillers there are no real "easy" progression paths.  They either go for loggia stuck there for a long time, WALLET hard, or get lucky which btw the rates with Manos are absolute garbage.    If they buy Manos they are generally in debt.

Don't get me wrong I also lifeskill but not as dedicated and it has very good utility like being AFK.   I normally focus on it when I play poker or if there is an event going on but as far as money-making goes I always recommend sticking with the traditional path and that is grinding especially during Seasonal.   EZ formulated path to actual success in BDO hopefully not the B.S. path most lifeskillers claim they can do just to prey on easy targets.

Most lifeskiller already moved to grinding or quit the game and people still stuck in the age where guru turn in makes money. Lifeskill isnt just butchering and cooking. And this is the only thing people think of when they hear "lifeskilling"

Lets go down the list. Logging is dead, sap and blood gathering dead, mining dead, skinning dead, all processing dead, horse training dead, barter and sailing dead, hunting dead, trading big dead, alchemy dead, crafting dead, farming almost dead, fishing is a joke

Nobody does these activities and go "omg nobody does this i can make so much profit selling this on market why would i grind" and the mentality is "nobody does this cos its trash money so now i am forced to do it cos i need it to grind where i make money"

i still see lots of people barter and sail daily

just checked agris steppe and on my server and a random i swapped to.. its taken on both servers by someone meat farming

so how is nobody doing it as you claim yet i still see people doing it?

sure it aint the best income but not everyone cares about only doing meta income grinds or watnot  some of us play for what we find fun

as for training... i do that ALOT

atm M12 and i plan to go for g1 training  i just need to finish training my horses i have saved >.< ( 16 Teir 8s, 20 Teir 7s, 10 Teir 6s + breeding the teir 6s and Teir 7s up to teir 8s and doing those >.<)

I mean its life skilling please man. I am so tired of the life skill victims who pretend they should make as much money as grinding.I think its amazing they can make as much as they do and many times life skilling has been the top money maker in the game for extended periods.  Literally by your own words you dont even really life skill you half afk life skill. there is a reason all the top life skillers are in manos and its not because they like going backwards. If you want to make top money life skilling you actually have to be good and smart about researching what to life skill. not look up some youtube guide doing a logging rotation by heidel. For a period here you make less life skilling than grinding oh boo hoo, other times it was reversed. 

Please do because your sulfur clearly isnt base can tell by items aka server had item drop. then you do your life skill run because you said life skill sucks, meaning you do it and it sucks. Reality is you are whining you cant use your silver to buy things not that life skill sucks. I don't life skill much I don't enjoy it and I never said I do or I make that money that is what people who do life skill say they can do.

But lets be clear you are dishonest and always manipulate things to show untruths. you were the guy posting they should nerf sulfur mines because you make more there then at orcs then you have the nerve to post 800+ mill at orcs.

Also I dont think life skilling should ever make as much as grinding anyways, the idea someone can sit in a safe zone skinning to make the same as someone grinding it absurd imho.
