We currently do not have those upgrades for earrings.
No idea why not but would like to see those added.
And of course Elvia upgrade for TET Blackstar Main hand and Awakening.

You can take a safe bet we will get this upgrade when PA expands Elvia into newers areas such as Calpheon ones.
