You wanna fight me for a SE rotation?  Sure duel me.  You activate duel and you don't lose karma even.  We fight when we are both ready and I will gladly give you the spot if you win the duel.  You flag and ambush me...yeah what I do after than is all on you buddy.

Go to Arsha, end of the problem.

Spot doesnt belong to anyone, so everyone is free to grind whenever they want, use a bigger mob density or give proper rewards to all spots, 

Duel for spot is a tool invented by elitist players to have an easy life because they overgear most people. I have enough gear & skill to abuse this system, but I dont have the moral right to tell a person with 600GS- (lets say this would be the easy softcap now) to leave the spot or duel for it so I just go to Arsha.

We need 6 Arsha channels tho, also Karma system is stupid on a pvp game, I would rather dont have karma system at all, but that would make low gs people quit.

punishment? he is not insulting or flaming you. he is farming there, or even if he comes kill him or if you dont like change server. What do you want pearl abyss to do? BAN THEM? its everyones games and spot so if he doesnt like to duel just kill him or cc to mobs or whatever you want. 

Indeed. The world is big enough, plenty of space to get your thing, but no, some think they OWN that place and instead of just letting you in peace or offer to form a group they come up with the dreaded "spot taken" announcement. Some even go as far as to just kill you on sight without any warning or so. Hence why i just leave the game now and then, because i get sick of those elitist figures and their idiotic spot taken policy. People should learn this ain't league of legends. It's a thing that started couple of months after the release 5 years ago. When the 3 servers merged it got worse. What also baffles me is that some even defend it, like over at the olvia servers last time. Some clowns stated that black desert is merely a pvp game and that you just need to fight for spots. Arrogance at it's finest. That's the biggest problem with the BDO community; it's too toxic. Actually it's literally each to it's own. Helping others? forget it, they rather scold you. I try to help others often to get on their feet. You don't see this in Aion, TERA or ESO. I remember playing Aion (over at the NA servers) and doing quests then over at eltnen when you meet then oher players. There was this quest to catch 3 specific mobs and we teamed up to finish it. In that case we both got our quest done. Heh, i even got one time when i met an asmo then (i was playing elyos) which did nothing. Even had a nice chat with it, despite that it could attack me on sight. Oh, sure, i got defeated a couple of times by an asmo. Rentus base and then leaving the area to get ambushed by a bunch of asmo's. And later on it was payback time by defeating them. But i could always do my thing there and even often teamed up with others. Guilds there, which are called legions, are really operating as guilds. Here in black desert guilds isn't really a thing. Same with TERA and ESO. Cooperation in those games is quite high. Black Desert is unfortunately full with egoistic players and often agressive as well. And you see that perfectly back in this thread and over at the whole forum. That's why new players also quit after a while. A little bit more understanding and more care would make the game much better.

Wtf? They can't kill someone because they don't have enough gear. And they can't get enough gear because they can't grind at the grindspots apropriate grind spots for their ap. 

I like the debuff idea! Make it to where players get a debuff that stacks if they repeatedly die to another player. If they have it to where the karma taken depends on gear score then I'm sure they can do this for the debuff as well. The wider the gap the less harsh the debuff is, the closer the gap the more harsh it is. 

It's a temporary hit to a player that only slows their progress. Unlike exp or gear durability deductions which could cost a player a lot more time and sliver.  

Just something that deters karma bombing and encourages community editique.

Why should I have to duel for a spot in an unfair fight when I can make you leave through your obsession with efficiency

You fixed nothing, I changed his original post quit cherry picking for known names and read the whole thing next time.

Again, developers have fixed the Karma bombing system by giving a server dedicated to it. This server has a number of bonus dynamics for loot as well for those not scared to grind on it and actually "ENJOY" PvPing.

Not one of the so called PvE servers have a 50% bonus drop rate on top of not having a punishment for hitting Alt-C. If you are hitting Alt-C on servers meant for people to PvE on it's because you want to go red or are willing to take that chance.

Again, no one forces anyone in the game to hit Alt-C it's your choice and that's a fact.

On a note when I use to be on my Zerker and Striker, I use to complain about this to with tears in my eyes,

"Why did he make me hit the Alt-C button and kill him!"

"Now I am going red and need to grind my Karama back!"

Whole guild comes to pirates or Star's end and break all my damn crystals, so yeah, it was my choice to be stupid.
