Ive submitted 2 reports regarding them screwing up mine and my wifes account transfers with no reply. Will they respond?
They havent responded to some important tickets i have submitted either, I am not sure if they even have a support being they are regarding ongoing harrassment. It has been 4 weeks for mine.

Unfortunately the ticket mountain exploded during the transfer, but they are working hard to get it down.
At this time, Account Transfer issues and EAC issues are the top priority.
If you have submitted a ticket regarding an in-game issue, it may take a little longer for turn-around, but please rest assured that they will get you squared away.

Yeah, my ticket is fast approaching a week with nothing but an automated reply so far. They don't respond in the discord either. There's no other support channel to get issues corrected...
been a week for me too and lost pearls payed money for air getting pissed off now it too long
I lost access to my OTP authenticator and emailed their support to help with this. I've been locked out of my account with no help so far, I had to make a new account just to post my issue on the forums since their response time with the support ticket is lacking.

My entire family named and characters got wiped out in the transfer and my wifes characters put onto my account instead. I need this fixed. Ive submitted 2 tickets.
I STILL cannot even download the patch. I have put in TWO tickets. One a week ago and one today. "Cannot download the patch client" message - have tried everything. BUT i would think the Pearl abyss would have had everything ready, with enough customer support available and on hand, to handle these problems - giving that they have known this transfer was coming for a LONG time and had plenty of time to prepare -- and yes, - I AM angry, and disappointed at the lack of support for a game that I have not only purchased and played - but given quite a bit of money to for various purchases. Sad to say - if this issue is not fixed soon - i will be permanently abandoning the game.
I just sent ticket to supporters.. Before the last maintenance I had 3 boxes of boss weapon at Heidel Storage.. I have just earned another one from the golden box with golden key ofcourse and wanted to store it in heidel too but realized that there is no boxes of the bosses.. Who knows what else i just lost there because I store valuable things there.. I hope supporters will help me out with this situation. Thanks..
