Can't start the game after patch

Hallo, after 7 days without one single crash after today patch I am not able to play the game.
After login phase I press "start game" anti cheat control run correctly, a black window will pop up. And after that it stucks there. No way to access server selection.
11 hours are gone and I am not able to access the game. I have kama blessing old moon book running and I am not able to use it.
What I did: repair client, reconfiguration dns to cloud9, use a vpn, uninstall and reinstal, manually install anti cheat, NO RESULTS.
I wrote you two tickets 1 week ago, no answer.
What can I do? this is a bad service really. 5 years old player here.
