i asked for help thru customer support and i didnt get the help i needed.


i had an issue with EXP/Skill Coupon where i had accidently used on an alt character that i didnt want to use on, because what i understood from this coupon you could transfer the skill/exp to one of your character, the issue was that i managed to transfer th EXP and the Skill from my main character to an alt which i mistakenly did. so i went to ask for help from the Customer Support, instead of helping me, They told me to go Pay for this item that i had gotten, for free i am not the only one who actually have this item, as ive checked with multiple people in game they also have it but never used it yet atleast some.

However This item because i went to check the Pearl Shop in game because they told me to pay for it, i went to check do they even have it there. but its not even in the Pearl Shop, so how can i buy something thats not even in the Pearl shop? Not sure honestly, either way i took it very offensively as ive worked my ass off to get to level 61 on my main character like everyone else have but now i dont even get help, im not only offended by something like this but also because i was told to pay for something that was Free item from my ingame Mail... Because i am not made of money.
Either Way PLEASE Fix Your Customer Support and please message me back i just want this fixed...and move on to the next thing to do ingame

i have a support ticket for the same misunderstanding, the description isnt very well explained on what it does and since name is transfer and putting that with all the other exp transfers it makes you think that it takes the xp from skills/combat and adds it to the character of choosing not swap it. I hope to god this isnt there legit responce to there bad naming and description especially since it isnt in the shop like you said :/

Even the tooltip when you use it clearly say "Choose the character you want to TRANSFER THE XP TO"

Combat Exp and Skill Exp Exchange Coupons do not "compound" exp onto another character.
They merely *swap* the exp between two characters, as it says in the items tooltip description.

The name of the item and the tooltip clearly state *Exchange*
These are only occasionally on sale in the pearl shop, however you can also get them in game from the Sea Coin shop.

 

 

Also, the Operational Policy states that losses due to a players own negligence (you didn't read the tooltip) will not be recovered. You can read more about the Policies for restoration allowances here:

Kakao probably realised that giving your costumers some small help, by correcting a mistake they made, is good support.

 

You see, i was planning on spending more money in this game for costumes and such,

and im happy i didn't .

 

since the transfer i have a bug that basicly makes me unable to close and reopen the game without restarting my pc..

this made me unwilling to even play the game for the past days.

Even tho i sent a ticket, i never got an answer about what may cause it, and if there is a way for me to fix it, by twicking some settings. its been 7 days since i sent the ticket.

Now today i wanted to play this, god forsaken game, and i end up making the same mistake, ''transfering'' my xp to an alt. 

 

Im now forced to go lvl up again.. or get my skill points back..

why? because reverting something simple like that, will mean going against their ''policy'' ?

 

Clearly some ''babysitting'' should be in order..

Reverting the use of items like those.. won't reduce their income.. SINCE the item isn't even a constant Pearl item.

However, there is a chance that a happy ''costumer'' will be more willing to spent money since he was ''excused'' for a mistake he made.

 

its just, frustration for no reason.

and a google search shows the last time the item was on pearl shop the 1 item alone costs 10,000 pearls, like yea no thanks

If you are having to reboot your machine , or if your machine is rebooting, there is most likely something wrong with Windows itself, not the game. My best advice would be to reset Windows to a clean state environment (and then proceeding with all Windows updates and driver updates) to resolve any current problems and future problems you may end up experiencing, here, or elsewhere.

Also, you can send your hardware diagnostic logs (Event Viewer and DirectX Diagnostics) via Support Ticket and they can take a look to see if its anything with the EAC or Client, or if its just your Windows OS.

I have the same issue. Despite their forum troll trying to blame it on players...instead of just acknowledging their poorly worded item name...they should actually do what customer service is supposed to do...correct a problem that their customers are having.  This is clearly not just a player fault issue...as the wording is extremely deceptive.  The item name literally was a "combat xp/skill transfer coupon".  If they didn't name it that then this problem would not exist.  If they named it a "combat xp/skill SWAP coupon"...this problem would also not exist.  The fact that likely many players have this same issue...is also clear evidence of either just poor wording or intentional deception.  We didn't exactly ask for this coupon to begin with.  This situation was entirely created by PA and therefore should be resolved by PA.  There's no good reason why they shouldn't fix this problem.  They have literally nothing to lose by fixing this, as there was no money involved in this.  They have potential money lost by insisting on being jerks about this...as that results in lost customers.  I guess they can be like their forum troll and be jerks about it...talking about some fine print...or they can retain a decent relationship with their customers. To make it more obvious...they clearly know they made a mistake...as they have gone back and edited the name and description of the item on their website.

At this time the ticket system is over loaded with tickets.  Ticket answering will get back to normal as soon as possible
