Shai should have an Evasion Rate and not a fixed base amount only, it's almost as if this was ment to happen, then the team panniced after they added pasive gathering and achemy, and deciaded to leave of a whole set of pasives.. Im i right PA?

there is a reason shai has no level 63 pasive but you will have to read to the end :P

And to all you haters saying shai is A life skiller , refusing to give any ground on improvements, saying shai is what shai was meant to be… well Its not, ha, you where wrong!

let’s see what shai says it is, as you select is as a character… and remember, before you could see stats, there was no way for the normal player to know this was not true;

Ah, so I’m expecting an advantage in the evasion area… and now as a wiser player, OMG, a higher basic Evasion Rate, that’s Epic even 2% could be good, what if its 5%, I want to play that ..but..

Thing is, I always thought that was reasonable that Shai should have passive for Evasion because they are small and hop around. Was disappointed we saw none… just gathering exp and 2% acc passive (that all classes get). That’s why I loved about the Class at first, She hoped around like my Little Russian Terrier, Now she has an evasion rate!

And now we see there was meant to be Evasion Rate? But we didnn’t get that? You know you have had people playing this for a long time, invested in that , and now some are finding out they where conned?

There are no Rate passives, DP skill passive or skill defence at all, there are HP and a +2% accuracy (standard for all classes) via infinite mastery. But this is not what the creations text states. WHY IS THIS PA,GM,CM any of you going to comment on any of my shai threads? By laws for RNG some of you have to have come across my posts.

Lets look at large bulk vs small hopper

sure shai has +40 Fixed evation over zerker, not a RATE. Is 40 eva any good, epecial at where the game is... can the selection screen bost of shai higher basic evasion RATE?

I have no issue swaping that 40 Eva for even as low as 2%, going upto 7% in total via skill pasives (of wish i belive the Devs left out, in fear tha shai look to good with its alch anmd gathering pasive, ha.. that was an experiment, it didnt work, give what you had planned... RATE!)

okay lets take a diffrent class know for its evasion... Striker

Striker has no rates on this sheet either and shai still have more Evasion point apart from magic (Lore). oh but wait, Striker gets a passive of 10% via skills, ah...

Hay shai players that are Envisioning it up, wanna swap your base eva to Zerk standard and get a 10% Striker buff? Text say you had some sort of higher basic rate

You see; I think shai was meant to get a passive Evasion rate, like the text points out when you create a shai. This is why Shai has no level 63 passive. The whole section that contained rates and the Level 63 passive was never added to the .. They forgot! or hate shai :P
