Can anyone explain the UFOs in Heidel?

These unidentified floating objects (UFOs) blink in and out when I am walking about in Heidel...

It's for Vengeance title (no color) event. Yes, you can still do it, but it is practically impossible due to the fact that some tasks require the participation of many players (you can get around it but it takes a long grind and money).

Not for vengeance, but another event either the summer before or the summer before that summer.
edit it was for some heidel ball event but still not vengeance

I dug into this on YouTube, I found several videos dating back to 2018. The videos show these being used for somekind jump puzzle for the Sherekhan Necropolis area. I don't know, if they plan to use them in Heidel, or the game client thinks this is normal to display them in the sky? I saw these up there blinking off and on, snagged a screen shot. I am guessing this is just a glitch, I should pay it no attention, and they will get right on it.

This is the way to the roof from the last one summer event. And yes for vengeance titles but WITHOUT color.
You can even still catch duck in the web.

Platforms in Necropolis it's also part of this event.
It existed before MoS that year and was not used in the event, the roof is accessible without any jumpquest

Because we all use bug to get to that roof without the use of platforms.

Okay, but they are a glitch now correct? If they are no longer suppose to be up there, why is the client drawing them?
To any so-called developer who lurks here; it would be a fast fix to replace the mesh with empties. Having these little 'UFOs' blinking in the sky is more annoying to me, than the zepplin nobody can ride.

no because it is literally not related
the rooftop portion is related to a thief quest to get a ladder and the bug was max jump height, not the puzzle

As of earlier in the year you can still get up there, if you kill rabbits at night in Kings's Forest, you'll get a special wine drop. You can use the wine at a special spot in Heidel castle to teleport up there. But you are surrounded by invisible walls, unless you have the MoS quest (which you can't get) so you just have to Escape.
