So Calpheon Ball 2021 is over and what a clusterfuck it was. I'm always trying to see things on their positive side but this time it's really really difficult.
This was a QoL/Transition year for the game, we all now that. Content faded a little to the corner while they focused on trying to polish what was already there, from systems to the reworked classes, we got told promised content last Heidel Ball was getting pushed back so the reworks could be worked on with more depth.

Most of us accepted that.

So here we are: Calpheon Ball 2021 is on, reworks are done, season is announced. Time to look into the future. And the future looks like this:

1- Snow region: Coming to Kr December 29th. Us (second rate regions we are) gotta wait until the first half of 2022. Because fuck us,i guess. 

2-New items/equipment: Comes with the new region, so again, middle finger to all of us for the next 6 months.

3-No new class: Not even a little video teaser like hash, or a symbol, nothing. Just some obscured screenshot. (We are back to 2 female 1 male releases too,lol)

4-Sherrif system: Nothing.

5-Server wars: Nothing

6-Guild Main Server: Nothing.

7-Calpheon elvia: Working on it, no date, it will come at a later date.

8-Blackstar raid: Nothing, it will come after the eventual release of Calpheon elvia.

9-Arena of Solare: No date, they are working on it (since March apparently). 

10- New 10vs10: No date,working on it.

11-Terror of the Sea: Delayed, they want to finish calpheon elvia and raid before.

12-New RBF maps: No date.

13- T10 Dine: No date, working on it still.

14-Mini PvE private server: Nothing.

15-Trading Rework: Nothing, it was promised to come this year but it did not even have a mention.

16- Likeskill upgrade: Money is for grinders,you plebs. Likeskill will focus on other things. No date.

17-3th and 4th Atoraxion wings: Nothing, no mention.

18-T5 pets: No date, thinking about it, work did not even start.

19-Reworked main quests (shown as the valencia tutorial last time): Nothing, no mention.

20- Thornwood PvPvE mode: Nothing.

So, to keep it short: ¿Where is the content? ¿What are you actually delivering to us in the next 3-4 months? Nothing at all.

We have been waiting a whole year for content and in the end they just told us to wait another 6 months for any meaningful content (region+ equipment) and that's it. That's supposed to carry us forward, while competitors are releasing expansions, new games or region ports left and right we just get Korea scraps after they are done with it, but at least we get 2 j's hammers :shrug

I had low expectations but you really gave us NOTHING.

TLDR: Calpheon Ball 2021= Wait 6 months for some content, you all are a second rate region. We are working on it, we don't know, maybe after we are done working on X, NO, See you in the Calpheon Ball Part2.

What?

We got crons and hammers, it was exactly what is expected, and what they usually deliver.

Who care, their release stuff when the stuff is ready. to have the slightest expectation of respecting the dates is really to be disconnected from reality. things come when they come.

They give us info and gifts.

As is suposing and its always been so. You are really disconnected to think that their give us nothing.

BDO is not a theme park, it does not need a periodic content influx to force people to renew their subscription.

PA could stop developing the game/take years break, I would still be on the game for several years. There are years of playing time and thing to accomplish.



Delaying is alway good, period. KR being the test server is even gooder.

Once again, its content for twitch chat, not players, players get nothing, twtich chat" players" are happy, they get few useless bones and not #copium hard, meanwhile players, especially old players, i guess try to play other game.

F you PA for directly saying change class by giving rerolls coupons, playing new/another class is not content.

I'm 100% with you ..that was the worst Calpheoneon/Heidel Ball ever !! Good that Lost Ark coming out soon cause ill be bored to death in BDO this winter :/

February 11 new content, if anyone wonder...

February 11 is in 2 month, 2 month and there is no guarantee there will be any content, and even if there will be any content, beside farming for new flame its gonna take 1-2 days tocompetel it,  and wait 1more year for nothing. There is nothing to do in game, if you not lazy twitch chat free code leecher that don't progress beside freebies you already gear capped, you don't even need those freebies, you can't use them.

February 11 is when Lost Ark launches at the west...

Remember New world ?  me neither, same like MHW, all those BDO killers, PA don't even care about them, if players going to play those games no point to stop them, they either will come back in week or they already was leaving game. Also Lost Ark completelly different game, its like comparing CS GO to Rocket League.

Delaying content past point when player switching game, is when you game  startin to die, not when other game coming out, and 1 year w/o content when players who play your game have nothing to do and you focus on twitch chat players is where you start  losing real players. Heidel storage and lifeskill ranking is emptier every week, those was real players, not the guy who log once a week on weekend to redeem code.

That was not Heidel Ball, it was a bad joke and a disaster.
