The problem is, it is the same as 2017. Casters all got mega buffed with both reworks and you're all complaining about slows. I dont know why a small minority think its any different. If anything Casters do more damage with reworks which is already borderline broken so you should be less reliant on the slow anyway. This is going by awaken an succ casters since if you have a look at reworks awaken got pushed to being stronger than succ in alot of aspects. Tbf yous are only losing the slow addon since one of your skills already puts a 50% slow on other classes . If anything this just means you can change said slow addon to decrease evasion or dp or something alse. Maybe yous can actually think of how to change your build to suite YOUR PLAYSTYLE not someone who made a guide an you copy and pasta it because its fotm.

Our 20s new 'nuke' skill had its damage gutted, our 15s new 'disengage' is a backwards self-stun dash with an SA windup, and totals slower than simply dashing backwards twice, our 15s new 'combo' skill requires a double knockdown to see effective use, and brings no meaningful extra damage to the table.

Yes i'd say its balanced. Often times we'll extend range and use the entirety of that range we just bought (often with our only iframe) to plant this slow stack.
A striker for example, when chasing a double TP, will close the distance post-reboot protected with SA FG iframe alternation in about the time it takes to recover from teleport into paralysis lightning chain debuff W+F cancel for a float catch on his third, unprotected dash gap...

Sorry to say this but, you're misinformed. This opinion is shared by most of the prominent witch wizard players in the game. JackieFelix and Horsey both agree (a rarity) that awakening wizard is inting.
