there was no snow this year, or at least the winter village in Terrmian. Not to mention the beautiful Christmas decorations in the cities or the flying Grandpa Cron. I don't understand why PA isn't bringing this back again.

I loved that Event too. There was a nice atmosphere to it. Every year some friends and I got into hunting those gifts. Was really fun and a way to get some nice items. Last years bunny village near Terrmian was boring, since it was more of a winter event than one for Christmas.
Also I never noticed someone threatening another Player because of those gifts. And definitely no PK since the sleighs only flew through the cities which were always safe zones.

The path were outside safezone at some places and there was a lot of PKing during peak hours the first days.
Also worth mentioning is that there were basicly no chat policing at that time. People just spammed whatever vile shit they wanted in channel chat all day so it wasnt really any worse than normal during this event. Just made me a bit sad that ppl had to be like that even during christmas.

So we cancelled Christmas again this year huh? Did Covid kill Grandpa Cron and Pearl Abyss is covering it up? I need more information on this.

Feel the same : I don't undestand why they don't put on the décorations on the cities and the musique too... the snow.. the events.. .. Grandpa Cron.. all this animations it's part of a good christmas for me, and for many : because we spend a lot of our time in BDO, this is a bit of our lives !
I'm sad to seen that this year again, we don't have anything.
It's desapointing, especially after the nices events for Halloween !!

In another thread, a GM posted that they had more holiday stuff planned but that it wasn't Christmas yet, implying it was yet to come. This was last week, so the snow and decoration may be added today!

they actually added the decoration today. That's nice. Now all that's missing is the snow and grand pa Cron.
