Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Sent 3 tickets out since the trasfer and not even a reply to any of them .Stuck on registering on the inquiry support page .Has naybody else come across this or has anybody else had replys to tickets. or is it me sending them to the wrong people.

I've heard a lot people have been sending in tickets for similar problems. An I've also heard that non of them have received a response from PA. Honestly PA need to make a public statement on wtf is going on. But I highly doubt they will.

What is going on is pretty obvious after the whole playerbase had to go through a process potentially inducing technical difficulties + game being free.

Please understand that the PA staff was slammed with over 25,000 tickets to handle in just a matter of 3 days, and there is even more tickets constantly comming in.
They are answering tickets and will get to yours when possible. I understand that the situation is frustrating however rest assured that the PA team will get to your ticket as I previously mentioned.

Yet in the mean time that could public post something and update their customer on wtf goings on. Cause what your posted is just 1000% assumption not that it wrong I believe that this could be the case my self but PA could clear up the confusion as to why it seems player's tickets are being completely ignored. An if it keeps going on were player's ticket are ignored well what we going to keep saying "Oh your month old ticket hasn't been answered yet cause PA is being swamped with tickets by people". Ya sorry if this shit keeps going on for months than the reason PA isn't making a public statement about it is because they don't want to be caught in a lie that they were addressing player ticket when they really aren't.

 

This same shit Neowiz did with Bless Online when first launched. Game refused to open and people couldn't get past the splash screen for a full week, Neowiz's response was ignore it and act like it would go away. They didn't even make a public annoucement that they were aware of the issue and working on a fix for it. If BDO wasn't already an established game with existing players shit like this would of literally killed the game. There zero excess you can make to why PA hasn't made a public statement as to wtf is going on because it won't even take an hour to write or an hour to post. An the only reasons to not make a public statement is to avoid being caught in a lie.

Unfortunately due the the transfer the amount of tickets is very high.  Account transfer issues, EAC issues and crashing-after-patch are taking a higher priority right now to ensure that people are not left behind.  Other ticket types will sadly be delayed during this critical time.  

 

But reset assured they will get to you within due time for all other in-game issues.  Also please do not make or submit duplicate tickets as this will further slow down your ticket response.

It's likely they're still swamped from the transfer.  There are quite a few posts on the forum of people having issues, and most people don't use forums, so what we see here is probably just the tip of the iceberg.

 

I think they do usually respond to support tickets, as I sent one recommending forum changes weeks before the transfer and they replied to it right away.

Its kinda what i expected many game related issues and i guess that take presidence over my 2 issues .Thanks for the responces at least i no i am in a q.. and ive sent them to the correct place .
