The reboot increased the overall damage in the game by an insane amount . I don't know if you guys have fun but i remember the good old days when you had to do 2 combos on someone to kill them , nowadays is 2-3 skills on hardcap vs hardcap gear (309 ap 401 dp) , it's not even about skill anymore ( not like it was before reboots but now it's even worse ) and it kills the fun factor for some people.
I suggest to nerf the overall damage of all classes by 15% to 30% and/or buff the scaling of damage reduction so getting dp actually feels rewarding again , right now dp is a "meme" and people just go full ap monkeys and 1-2 tap almost everyone.
they need to remove all human damage from teh game for starters. then additionally balance if needed.
Its sounds more like you was Evasion clowns and PA actually balanced evasion. As someone who never use/believe/trust in evasion i see no damage change. Its always was 1-2 skill to die and 1-2 skill to kill, its all was about Evasion and hit reg, its was more about hit reg, because stand still targets you can properly lock your skills would easy die 1-2 skill. Or PA bring everyone to DK level of DP which is a huge win, get rekt. Honestly its probably evasion nerf, which is good, now you can see that DP doesn't rly work at all.

That is true that the bracket mechanism is pointless, and bad, but PA is not competent enough to change it.

human damage enables u to go above and beyond anything in the game that u can build dr for.
see how ur damage goes up to almost unbeliveable levels (more so on specific classes, which rely on otehr methods of mitigating damage otehr than being in sa or blocks) if u pass certain number of HD in pve spots, and how u can basically skip hunderds of billions worth of offense with couple 100mil rbf gems sacrificing 4xhoom while there is no counter gem build for it existing in the game.

dont want to be tanky, but id like to be able to cast 2-3 skills from my main kit in group fights vs equal geared people. kinda sounds like logical ask if u can move once reliably every 7 seconds.

we received damage buff over damage buff over damage buff. while dp was never touched. do you see what the reason could be that things are out of balance?
and they are about to give 100% a HUGE buff, too.
