Reduce Sorceress's ability to be invincible by adding a cooldown to Night Crow.

- Night Crow: add 2 seconds cooldown.

- During the cooldown, invincible is not applied.

- During the cooldown, Super Armor + Frontal Guard is applied instead.

- Reduce stamina cost for Night Crow from 250 to 175.

- Night Crow movements ignores flinching/stagger from being hit when attacks are received during the cooldown.

 

Sorceress received a new passive that added evasion, so she has the ability to be played as an evasive disruptor. Therefore she also has synergy with playing with a certain amount of defensive equipment as well. In my opinion, it is time to make Sorceress need to purchase DP upgrades such as PEN boss armors with Caphras investment to be able to do the amount of backline disruption plays that they do.

 

There is a fine line to walk between making Sorceress too weak to perform her role, and too strong. Currently, she is too strong, but if changes are done without careful thought it could cause her to become too weak. This is why I have still included very powerful protections on Night Crow during the cooldown. But when invincible status is applied too much to a character in a game that is increasingly becoming full of damage, it causes an imbalance in favor of characters that have a lot of skills that apply invincible statuses.

you know there are several classes with a 1sec iframe, and those got grabs and other tools on top? that even shield classes have a 2sec iframe? you surely forgot to ask for a ranged grab, shield block and vacuum to balance your suggestion?

Yeah, no. Dp doesn't work on Sorc even with the passive, useless passive. And Sorc too strong? Really? Maybe look at other classes first before rehashing the same argument that has been brought up time and time again. We do this every year, same conversation, same out come every time. So I'll give the same old reply. If you think it's so op, go play it, show us all how strong it is and uncounterable.

Sorc gained 3 point of eva (bringing 7 to 10) and her passive dr got absorbed by the active dr buff ... learn to fight against her stamina and fragment aren't unlimited and it's real easy to brain a sorc into a fatal mistake (since any mistake a sorc make is fatal ... )

i agree with adding a cd to night crow but your balance/compensation is hot garbage

i'm not sure why the cd would be 2 seconds instead of 1 like kuno and ninja, and not sure why the skill needs to be usable on cd.

here's how id go about it:

night crow cd 0 -> 1s

storming crow cd 0 -> 3s

storming crow: superarmor -> iframe

wings of the crow: frontal guard -> superarmor

flow vile plan: stiff/float -> frontal guard

soul harvest 2nd hit is now a grab (might be too strong, needs testing, if it's too strong then a new passive with 20% ignore all resists)

violation is now a multi-hit CC as it should always have been

violation's chop hit damage buff (1199*5 -> 2200*5)

shadow leap now usable in preawakening from hotbar

dark backstep now usable in awakening from hotbar

casting speed +5% buff on claws of darkness -> casting speed +10% buff on dark flame

shadow ignition airsmash removed and 2nd part sped up

flow:night crow can now be used with 10 shards if out of stamina thanks to a new level of crow food (III)

also to reduce the amount of SA dmg in the game (id expect stuff like that on most of the classes):

soul reaper : superarmor -> frontal guard

                  animation speed + ~30-40% (needs testing)

                  can now be cancelled at any time with night crow
