So as I mentioned I am returning and notice on my Nova and on Sage I am missing some outfit items like gloves and boots. I know on the Nova it was just a chest piece main hand/ off hand and face for the awakening ooutfit item that was released when they released her awakening and same for the Sage that show I am missing his boots.

Was there somewhere I missed we have to send something in if we bought these items before or are they having us to just rebuy the whole outfit again?

I don't know about those specifically, but there were some outfits that were broken up for some unknown reason. You can find the missing parts in the storage at Heidel.
