I really Dont get this Season Server? I mean.... Whats the difference between the season servers and regular servers?

Faster progression if you can find a place to grind without people kill stealing.

You can get enhancement stones through grinding on season servers. 

Higher passive EXP boost, can get enhancement stones as random drops, and no open-world PvP are the only differences I can think of.

In the first week, there was no difference XP-wise, but now the buff in the normal servers is gone.

The other thing is that in Valencia, Kama, Drieghan and Ody, you get the enhancement mats as drops.

And for the non-Arsha season servers, there is no PvP outside of duels and guild wars.

But you can complete all the season pass items on regular servers if you like. It's up to you!

Can you transfer a character there?

No, you need to start a new Seasonal character.

Season is a limited server that lets you gear up with special Seasonal-only gear called Tuvala.  These cannot be enhanced beyond TET boss gear + TRI yellow accessorry level, whether through enhancement or Caphra's stones.  Season servers offer a no-PvP environment to PvE in, but, since these are limited servers, once Season is over, these servers shut down and your character is forced to "graduate" into normal server.

It's more or less a catch up mechanic.  A place where new / returning adventurers can catch up in an environment free from PvP and the RNG for Tuvala gear is much easier than normal enhancing.  Enhancement materials drop from mobs, no need to spend silver to enhance them, so it's really easy to reach full PEN Tuvala (TET boss + TRI yellow, AKA, "soft-cap") since you just farm more mobs and do Seasonal Rifts Scolls to get more materials to enhance.  Seasonal weekly kill-quests are a great way to join a group and farm mobs together and get a hefty chunk of enhancement mats, but you can also do it solo if you want to.  I like how this works (working together with others can be fun).

They give loads of great freebies on Season, like Failstacks and an end-of-Season reward that's pretty big, depending on where your main charcater's progression is at. 

I personally treat Season as a chill get-away, a way to relive the thrill of rapid progression, a way to learn and experience playing a new class, and a way to have gear-equalized PvP (Seasonal Arsha).  On top of getting loads of Failstacks for my main progression and the really nice rewards as well.  There's a 135 stack you can get for completing Season Pass.  I need another 200+ FS and this reward will make it a lot easier!
