Making a mistake in the current Black Desert PVP meta is instant death. There isn't a single fighting game in the history of the genre where getting hit with a single skill at match start is game over. This very mechanic is heavily prevalent in Black Desert PC currently and contributing to the highest amount of quitting. It's already frustrating spending hundreds of hours of enhancing to finally go into a NW or Arena and get hit  immediately and killed in a SA movement skill. This gives the illusion that certain es require no skill and leads to community outcry for nerfs...something has to be done. Time to kill needs to be increased, similar to Mobile. Where getting hit in SA in the first 10 seconds of the match, isn't the end all be all. Again, look at Mobile's Health Pools...this makes the PVP much more engaging where you may be cc'd in the beginning of the fight and lose half your health, but can always come back and win. This type of game play puts much more emphasis on skill as opposed to PC where it's who has the most iframes and highest damage now. I don't think any of the Rework es need to be nerfed, I think SA and Health Pools need to be improved/increased, so it plays more akin to it's Mobile counterpart...where skill is just as much valued as gear and players choose es they enjoy, not who can hit the hardest whilst being invincible to most of the incoming damage.
A large portion of the Mechanics in this game were ultimately designed for a time when weapons and armors dn't surpass +15. When you weren't essentially 1 shot at the start of a fight. Something Mobile Black Desert does exceptionally well when compared to PC Black Desert is enforce heavy emphasis on skill as opposed to who can 1 shot first. There are es that are slightly more powerful then others, but the Arenas on mobile are a world different. Much more akin to Mortal Kombat, Tekken or other fighting games. It's not about who lands first CC or who can 1 shot at range. The developers really need to review this. IF, it's PA's intention to make Black Desert a more competitive and fun PVP experience, some of the fundamental basics need to change. Currently, post reworks, it's turned into a 1 shot meta. Prior, it was who can cc first. This heavily impacts choice over preference and skill. Following are a few quick rough eas to improve the current combat systems and to help reliviate the "pick who deals the most damage in iframe" meta.
Super Armor(SA) - SA proves varying degrees of damage reduction. Minimum 25% up to 50%. This will make SA es more viable and increase time to kill. You will not be punished for utilizing what some kits are mostly comprised of and it would still be subject to grabs.
Double HP - Increase Health Pools so that the amount of damage being thrown around doesn't result in getting one shot immediately in SA movement or SA skills.

It was fine before the reworks, but PA decided that ppl getting blow up in 1 cc was no enough, so they buffed the shit out from some classes, and they now one two tap ppl without cc...
