See this is a problem, players request one PvE channel initially and now others are requesting 15, soon it will be we want all but Arsha to be changed to PvE only servers.  This is exactly why I have been diametrically opposed to any PvE servers being added, because that is exactly the direction the vocal minority of "we want PvE servers" are going to go in.

No PvE servers, and we need to revert Olvia and seasonal to be PvP enabled servers.

Here we go again. Next person, who's talking too much with no context. This season's grinding places appear to be mostly vacant from my perspective and it's pretty early in the season. :) Explain that, if you're so all-knowing.

Bonus question: How did you calculate that "90%"?

We don't care seasons channels because we can't play on them with normal chars. So who care? Noone. I did tuvala pens a week ago and for me season no more exist.

Why would I play there with class I don't like with 50 ap / dp less than on main char.

Each poll from the Kakao times showed that between 75 and 90% players want pve only channels / remove open free pvp.

about PvE servers. The last I remember was that they (PA) want to keep the game how it is on normal servers - PvPvE.

And  I hope they not gona change theyr mind anytime soon. But you gona have personal channels, so stop this nonsence about PvE servers.

BDO is PvPvE. End of story.

Because the goals for a season char can vary:

-trying out a different class.

-playing it just for the final rewards.

-enhancing the tuvalla so that another char can use it.

-experimenting on a different class skill build, instead to reset every time skill points/change skill presets.

-combination of those mentioned.

And so on...

Do you honestly expect boss gear on PEN to be given from tuvalla? Considering tuvalla isn't that hard to get to PEN these days, it makes no sense to give PEN boss gear from exchange. If you believe that PEN tuvalla should be exchanged for PEN boss gear and will make the game more lively, that result will only be veeeeeery short lived. Not to mention. Giving full PEN boss gear from exchanged tuvalla won't be any real achievment. Thus seasons will do much more harm than good.

But yeah. Keep up the good work in saying things unprepared.

P.S. Can anybody else confirm those polls from Kakao somehow? And if that's true, why a PvE server never became a thing for nearly 2/3 decade?

He's lying. The polls were always 60/40 in favor of open world pk.

Based on the fact the game can not function with more then 5 people in a grind spot, so pve channels would require a private pve channel for every 5 players in a prime grinding spot.

Well to get back to the origien of the topic: Difference should be made by gear.

If you're on your usual combat gear (bossgear or what ever), you're being attackable.
But if you're in your lifeskill gear you simply can't be attacked. (and I know this can be made for sure since other games already having such mechanics includet)
 
I also totally know if you're using a fishing rod or a muskeet there is no fcn way to change even to your weapon before you're done, especiually if wearing your lifeskill gear only having 50dp...

Dunno if you already can't, but it can be changed for sure, too, to not be able to switch fastly so you can't abuse it.
