anyone sent a inquiries have anyone respond back to them yet its been a week for me and no respons since its to do with pearls and not getting the costues that i click on and them takeing the pearls i might be forced to do a charge back not paying for air not that minted been a week dono what to do. do i have any options - a charge back?
I'm fully locked out of my main account due to losing access to my OTP and I still have had zero response on my ticket. I've been hoping that someone sees everyone's messages on the forums...
As an answer to you though about a charge back, when I've seen others do that in other games it led to a ban, so I wouldn't do that unfortunately.

I will extend a truly heartfelt apology that the in-game tickets are taking longer to get underway that originally expected. Due to the transfer, the ticket system exploded and they are working round the clock to beat back the "Ticket Hadum". At the moment, account transfer issues are top priority, and thusly there may be a delay in normal in-game issues.
But rest assured they will get everyone squared away!

would be nice for them to add in a system that tells us whats going on cos is a bit of a piss take that i only found out this info by going on the forums so if that takes like 2-6week for them to fix it will i get more for lost of time? like double?
It's been about a week for me too. I had to purchase a new phone, so my OTP backup codes were on it, and it was used as a trade in so I'm locked out of my account. I have a guildie who has been waiting since 2/27/21 and hasn't heard anything back from them. You would think they would have more people triaging tickets, and something as simple as an OTP code takes 2 seconds to disable it from the account. Hopefully they get moving because we shouldn't be waiting this long. They should have had everyone ready when the transfer was finished. They had months to prepare for the influx of tickets due to it.
over 10 days of my tickets being stuck in "registering" so i cant play bdo and just like you i'm dissapointed. I know these things are temporary and i know there are always issues in when there is a big change but in the same time it's not a good impression.
I agree, i hardly see any news about this, other than the "we know about the tickets but just wait, ok? " msg which lacks any other information.
