Nonsense. Is only 300 millions for an entire year. One outfit cost you 400 millions on the market. 300 Millions is nothing in BDO. There are issues with the manor system but the fee isn't one.

I will not pay even 1m for nothing, and next hundreds of millions for decorations.
5 CP is already an astronomical price for manor.

I don't buy outfits, why do I need them? Especially since I can not even color them freely because it is a paid option and only temporary.

Great ideas. I especially like the alts one!

I'd add to your suggestions: To remove the inability of placeable items to clip (i.e. make it so we can place items next/inside eachother or walls , on tables, under stairs etc, etc). This simple option will free up decorating immensely. Two of the best house building and decorating mmo games (Everquest 2 and Elder Scrolls Online) have this ability. It really is one of those keystone functions that determines whether the decorating mechanics of a game are good or not, and right now Black Desert not there. But it can be.

So true, Im having that problem too. The collision of the dividers is too big to fit properly, leaving gaps between the walls and furniture. It would be great to be able to place wall decorations on the dividers too. Specially the big ones.
