Do you mean like having your alt's walking around the manor like your pets and maids do now?

I was thinking something more specific like standing in one area reading, sitting etc. But Im happy with whatever the engine allow. The idea is make the manor more vivid, habitated and also a way to display your character designs and outfits.

An official guide for how to obtain all the different furniture would be nice. I keep running into tediously boring tasks (hunting rare spawns) or no information on where to acquire other furniture pieces.

I hope the next "manor" is a brick castle 🏰 

I loathe the gaudy gold, but the wooden furniture seems gorgeous. From the pictures 🤷‍♂️ I don't know anyone that has put up with the boring task to unlock the wooden furniture.

A castle would be awesome! There is so many potential with the manors that seems being wasted, perhaps is engine limitations, lack of workers. I dont know.
Yep the furniture is quite a pain to get. What Im doing is mixing with regular furniture and make the best of it and buy the manor furniture I like from some npc but thats that. Im not into collecting most of it. 

Until they remove the rental fee and turn buying mansion decor into quests, mansion does not exist for 99% of the players.

Nonsense. Is only 300 millions for an entire year. One outfit cost you 400 millions on the market. 300 Millions is nothing in BDO. There are issues with the manor system but the fee isn't one.
