Except that they have recognised it as an issue, and that you DO have a guild, of which you appear to be the GM even :)

They heard stories. They haven't said they will do anything. No one cares about this self inflicted problem.

At the very least, not effectively :). These are the same people that complain that they can't progress because they can't figure out how others make so much more silver than they do.

Without Crystals, Draughts, Scrolls, and Food buffs Elvia Orcs are ~150m silver per hour, all those "insignificant" bonuses change that to 600m per hour.

I am not getting the logic behind your "tactic". Other than thinking what to say to agree with your "claims" in a desperate manner with the help of empty words/obvious bad ideas/telling us jokes. You're not convincing me. But if you want to, better follow what's called a common knowledge and sense.
Now... Why are we discussing bonus loot here? Is this supposed to be the centre of the topic?

600m is average and a low average at that. My personal best 1.2b in one hour at Orcs with 100% uptime on weapons + Agris, my worst personal hour was 375m while I was still learning how Orcs worked and while BMCs were selling for 1.7m instead of the 6m they are now.

i grind on awe witch only with cron and krog buff I make almost 300m raw silver/h ( I don't sell anything to cm (no VP) and I don't calculate it into my income)
