Valencia cows or Alustin

Can you please add either cows or an Austin to Valencia City?
Valencia has always been my favourite city. The only reason I don't make it my main home is because I don't have an easy way to use up the excess energy on all my characters. Grana got some cows, could something please be added for Valencia as well?

I just found the energy exchange vendor in Valencia, look up materials vendor "Purajin"

Pujarin is the energy exchange NPC in Valencia. There's one in Drieghan as well, I think, but I don't remember who that is. It really should be an option under NPC Search.

AFAIK Drieghan and Grana do not have an energy exchange NPC. In O'draxxia however Celphie exchagnes energy.
