Maybe its just because im used to seeing Kakao occasionally reply to posts in threads but I havent seen a word from anyone other than members on this forum other than in announcements.Not a good feeling at all.

No and neither have they been moderating either. This is a bad excuse for a forum with so little utility that I am fast coming  to the opinion that I will not even bother using it. Probably what they want because they have put so little effort into the forum design.

Well I dont necessarily mean a reply but even any comment whatsoever,I mean anything to even show that they even look at the forum after creating it.

Its pretty common in games where the developers actually have passion for the game to occasionally participate on the forums.When I used to play Path of Exile it was fairly common for Chris Wilson who is the producer/developer of the game to comment and have discussions in threads.Even Kakao sometimes commented on things in threads.Its a pretty nice feeling to see them occasionally at least looking like they're interested in the thoughts and not be completely disconnected from their playerbase.

And the discord is on "praise only mode", complaints get insta deleted. This is pretty irritating ngl.

Its an asian mmo. Interaction and communication with western playerbase always been irrelevant. 

They dont even have an idea what "Community manager" is and u want them to involve into community and leave replies and feedback? 
Man ... get over it. Forums is the place where peeple write down their frustration and get either bashed down by "git gud" white knights or replies for people that have similar thoughts on the matter.
Did u EVER seen an issue reported in forums got adressed by PA? My dude, wake the f. up. Is 2021 and speedhacks issue is still present, pathetic customer support with copy pasted answers that are irrelevant to the issue u presented, trash servers that cant handle a decent castle siege, most retarded enchant system from any MMO out there where from +10 to +15 boss item is harder than to get a TET boss item, and i can go like that for 2 hours at least.

Im sad that people still didnt realised that we, EU and NA playerbase are the milk cows for them. Why do u think they removed Krapkao from publishing the game? Because bad services, and other bullshits they stated? No my friend. They, PA, wants the full slice.
Play the game if u enjoy whatever brought u to it or, for Christ's sake, dont be like the guy below, is 2021 .... there are 43280439753249234732480730 games out there.

Kakao did not reply either, at least not anything meaningfull. (Sure they had some clowns dancing around on the forums, but that only made things worse.)

Also if you check the KR forums, PA ignore that aswell, so yeah, don't expect anything from them.

I mean I understood that they wouldnt want to make any comments on sensitive subjects like class balance but heck they could post and tell me and my awaken wiz to take a long walk off a short cliff and I would be happy just to see them have some passion for the game but I havent seen any post from them even in something like Bugs section.
