If you use a level 49 toon or a level 63 toon and they are both at the same level in their life skill will they both get the same xp for that life skill or will the level 63 being that were xp is restricted not get the same amount. Also what about doing life skill quest will they both get the same xp from them or not.

A level 49 Char gets the same amount of life skill xp as a level 63 and life skills need the same amount of life skill xp to level!
