Bump. It's been over 2 months (11/12) since changes to heilang went live on the global lab and these bugs still haven't been fixed. The class is virtually unplayable in PVP right now while simultaneously being one of the most inefficient PVE classes in the game post-reboot, if not the absolute least efficient PVE class in awakening.
All of the changes to heilang AI / command skills could be reverted at this point and I'm rather certain that you wouldn't hear a single complaint from tamers that are actually "in the know" post-reboot. There's one or two tamers in this thread who very obviously haven't done proper testing of the new heilang AI & mechanics.
I would challenge PA to start running a log documenting how many players of each class are actively (10+ hours per week) grinding PVE at high end gear requirement areas, such as elvia. I bet you'll find less than a dozen tamers at elvia spots on NA. Use that data to determine what classes are falling behind, then figure out why and put some real effort in to attempting to understand the root cause of the problem. There's a reason why tamer numbers are dwindling. It's not that difficult to understand if you actually log on the class and dedicate some time towards truly understanding its shortcomings.

Up, since there is still no feedback from Pearl Abyss regarding the topic. It's a second month passing since this "thing" has happened. How many months it takes to fix/revert a changes nobody asked for?

Like to fix the accurary bug of awakening DK about 1 to 2 years

Void Lightning, Roaring, Heilang: Howling - Fixed the issue where, if you were struck while with Heilang's Effect activated, Heilang would cease to attack.

1 of the fixes that is good, but unfortunately useless alone because heilang won't cc on void or howling (you understand is useless to not get reset if my dog does nothing).

Nothing new, no updates from PA about tamer issues what a surprise. I would like to recover the old tamer before reboot update if they don't have plan to fix heilang issues.
Also as other users said, we lost soaring arts after many years of using it and was something cool for us.
