As far as I know, channel swap cooldown should be 10 minutes. There are quite few occasions when it is 11-12 minutes (did not see more than that yet, feel free to add if it can be more).

It can be annoying during certain activities (whale and khalk hunting for example), when it is required for the party to swap channels and the cooldowns are not in sync.
Reproduction: switch channel and check the cooldown timer.

Any notes on this? Fix your crap already, its so annoying to get left behind from my party because my channel CD is often >10mins and it adds up over and over, and I have 5-6 mins more CD than others.

I noticed the same today.

Funny thing: all channels from the group serendia "don't have cd" but when you try to change the channel you will get a message that you cannot change the channel during cd.

So as always PA f. up something when they add this guild no cd channels.

There are 2 different groups which include Serendia channels (1/2/3 and 4/5/6), are you trying to go from one group to the other? 

No because I have a completely different group selected. 

It's visual bug, sometimes all serendia channels don't have cd marker. Thats all.
