Narchillan is a gear set that you can only quest for once per Family and as such it should be able to be readily changed between characters within that Family. Currently all of the armor can be used on any character, it's only the weapons that are blocked from being transferred. To that end, the Narchillan weapons should be exchangable using the Weapon Exchange Coupons that work with every other weapon type barring Tuvala. It's not like Narchillan is that powerful that it should not be allowed to be traded to another character. Even Blackstar can be exchanged for another weapon type.

Alternatively, allow us to quest for Narchillan on all characters in our Family.

That's a good point. Could just make it into a repeatable quest to exchange it, much like the Tome reward from the Alustin Adventure Journal. Turn it in with Caphras x10 and you can change it from +20% Contribution EXP to either +10% Combat or +10% Life Skill exp and done.

This could be done with Narchillan weapons. Just hand over x10 whatever resource and we can transition it to the weapon of whoever is turning it in.
