If you thought it was bad, now your nervous level will be at peak.
Korea server launched event with oasis private channel.
But ... only for the guilds and only if you pay 2b for it.
And that's not all. Only 40 guilds can win. And you can only use private channel for 48h.
And that's still not all. The last problem is "complicated".
Translation says: The winning adventurer will receive an entry ticket 'Oasis Key' in a letter (B) within the family.
Adventurers who use the item can freely invite up to 50 people including themselves.
So probably only guild master can recive ticket and invite 49 other people. Only 49? Why? We have guild with 100 members.
Also on oasis private channel PvP penalty does not apply.
Anyway, Pearl Abyss showed again that she can f. up even the best idea.

Because Koreans have a different mentality. And that's why our version should be different from their version.
The title I used has double meanings. Pearl Abyss will annoys everyone with this event.
1. Those who don't have a guild because they don't need it.
2. Those who have guilds but don't have money because guild members do quests for money not for guild.
3. Those who win and expect a truly private channel, but since 20 guilds (per week) with 50 people each are winning, 1000 people will play on this "private" channel. Without pvp penalty so there will be even greater griefing and toxicity especially that one channel in BDO can hold 100 players on spots where it is profitable to play.

Current Event!!! Play daily and gain keys for special rewards. There are 3 categories of prizes. 1-3 stars. This is actually a nicely designed event in the sense that you can save up your keys for a rotating 3rd star prize.
Now lets get to the good stuff. The real competition:
According to the official forums and in game timer you can ONLY turn in the quest items for 4 hours each day. (Ok why? this isn't good).
For NA servers the time zone isn't adjusted so you can ONLY turn them in during the middle of the day (LOL people with responsiblity and jobs)
I don't understand how that connects to the private servers?
