Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

this is the second time youve changed a costume i own and wiped the dyes that i paid money for and not reimbursed the dyes or the pearls spent to get A RANDOM DROP DYE FROM A BOX... the first time i waved it off but this time i cannot get that dye back without spending quite a bit of money ESPECIALLY since i cant get them through the loyalty tab anymore at all. this is complete crap. so what i just get to dump tons of cash into getting 2 specific dyes back? no thank you. do some homework and actually give us back what we paid for... just plain lazy slob lvl of followthrough. i swear i have an all black dyed suit that is one piece and if you did the same thing to that id be out over 500 mill. think about that. the in game value isnt even true... as black dyes are rare as hell to get or buy.

Y... You...... You spent money for dyes? This is a thing? I did not expect that.

But yeah as CatDK said, just write a ticket.
I have very good experiences with the support they're usually kinda helpful.
