While I'm not a role-player in the traditional sense, I like to buy costumes and style my characters to suit the personalities I've created for each of them. Most of my buying is for aesthetics. I'm a pay for style and I'm betting that PA is missing the market in this area.
Back to the topic; a serious peeve of mine is when I discover (after purchase) that the hair stile for a helmet/hat has a hardcoded hairstyle (that I absolutely DON'T like). This usually means a wasted purchase ... you'd think I'd have learnt by now.
If I really like a hat style, I'll often opt to make my character bald so that I don't have to have PA's choice of hairstyle forced on my character.
My suggestion: PLEASE PA, can you not hardcode a hairstyle with a helmet/hat? I reckon that if PA truly understood that Mix & Match meant that the joining interfaces between different articles of clothing/armor should be seamless the way LEGO fits (not going to talk about the clipping issues in this post), and hardcoding a hairstyle is absolutely a bad decision (or a lazy one).
PS > I only play male characters because I stay away from the limited breadth of choices PA have decided to make available to clothe their female characters.
