That 30 AP from Pen BS over Narchillian comes with 7 AP brackets for at minimum another 42AP, plus it has more monster damgae which is 32 more AP. So yeah it is only 30 AP sheet, it is 104 more AP in total.
I suggest you check out AP brackets and how they give more AP that just isn't on sheet.
So this V-shaped blackstar is a final weapon? and What item do you need to increase "Enchant"? that I saw that there are 16 in stock on the central market ...

I am no "expert" but I have found, even though the gear is not available in the central market, you can still post a bid and someone will sell it to you for the silver. The way I play, silver is too easy to obtain. Since I don't upgrade weapons, unless it has 100% chance, I just sell the upgrade materials. Also learn to cook. Cooking is another source of silver.
Yes you say play, try to improve your equipment, without the slightest risk. That's right too, but in the absence of "walking tips" what do you do?

What is the right way to get to a serious gear?
All depends what you consideer as serious gear, money you got/can farm per hour, time you got.
You can buy it (but endgame gears will cost you hundred billions). You can upgrade it by yourself (looting or buying basic weapons/armors, or doing Blackstar quests) but it's long and hazardous.
1) Narchilian armors/weapons offers a medium level, but what about your jewelry ? (important AP improvements).
2) Season isn't over : it's a very good place to obtein easely 245AP 305DP (Tuvala V = boss IV) gear that you'll convert as boss-gear at the end, and also can continue to upgrade PEN (Jetina new upgrade system).
You can find many websites that can help you to clarify and make your (best) choice ;)
As Alphaeus said, your AP-level (but DP too) gives you important AP-bonuses :

Inorder to enhance Blackstar items you need Mass of Pure Magic that you get while grinding, you can't buy it off the CM. You take the mass of pure magic 1 sharp and 1 hard combine them and you get a Flawless Magical Blackstone. The Flawless Magical Blackstone is used the same way as a Concentrated Magical Blackstone is to enhance other gear.

@Hikoriu yes I saw that the black star from 45 against mobs, but I tried to have and to do with time, to give privilege to pvp etc. And doing the tuvala I see too long as a solution, I prefer to find an alternative to the boss gear. My player is normal .. I don't want to start a season all over again just for the boss gear.
@Alphaeus But the grinding of which mobs? for the Mass of Pure Magic?

you can have some with +/- low droprates quite everywhere up to Mediah (Desert, Kamasylvia, Dreighan etc.) or sending a worker in Astrale (Excavation). Take a look in game menu "Item loots" will give you informations about drops/areas.
About Seasons I don't say more than "it's the best/fast way to obtein a decent gear starting from nothing" (without knowing what you exactly need) : a good weapon is important, but AP depend on good accessories too. For information : there's a PVP season server too.
