Remove diacritics and case sensitivity for InGame search components

Hi,
In the game, some searchbar components don't manage case sensitity in a consistent way.
For exemple, in the marketplace, the search is not case-sensitive. Same for PNJ search when the map is open.
However, when I try to search a node/city/any location or anything else on the top-left corner panel on the map interface, the case-sentivity is active.
Moreover, the search shouldn't be sensitive to diacritics (specially for latin languages such as French or Spanish).

searching for a title is case sensitive
searching for knowledge is also case sensitive
black robing someone is not case sensitive
just put it all non case sensitive please lol

The problem is that the Korean Language has no upper or lower case, the Translators and programers in NA/EU have to manually add alternate searches in each database. It may seem simple to you, but it is a programing nightmare to fix.
No, it's very easy to fix, they are just lazzy and don't care.
In the first place if they would have competent developers they would not implement a different search function for everything seperately, but implement it once, and reuse the same function in every place where you search. But that would require some basic programing knowledge...
