Seals are simple.

 Kill monsters for Monster Seals-can be used to buy items like cron stones/memory fragments.

Also these items cant be listed on market its only for personal use. Can add so many different rewards for different amounts of seals. Just something to collect as you grind for some more stuff later. Nothing busted but something worth?

Quest Seals-Complete quests boom new currency that can be turned in for rewards.

Life skill seals-same idea maybe items could be different for each type of seal but the general idea of collecting these while you perform these activities. Again Items cant be sold on market but used personaly that way prices wont be affected as much.

Guild Seals?-do guild quests or guild stuff in general to obtain these. Rewards would be guild based maybe silver for guild funds or guild boss scrolls something everyone can be something from really.

Loot tables seem meh tbh imo not so much the silver gained just items in general. Being able to control rewards you obtain and different rates based on play style is rewarding in its own right. Remember im the person who called for dark rifts boxes YEARS before Shadow arena came out. Back then you couldent buy memory fragments on market it was always sold out to bid first players. Same with hards/sharps you would be lucky to get some ive wasted hours going for them then and had money but couldent even buy it. Before the central market change is the time im talking about. Game needs ways for players to do stuff and get stuff. Its a slow burn but in general its just a good reward. Will make people want to quest do guild quests go hit the zone and grind. If you no that you can get 5 crons per hour grinding from the seals its just dope. 

Do this or make a Casino with table games and slot machines with jackpots.  Game needs Group Social content Casino could be awesome. give players free coins per day or week so they can gamble a tiny bit without losing anything important for chance at good prizes.

5cron per hour would be nothing. A single click on PEN BS costs 3670 crons. That is 734h per click, surely that would change anything...

Memory price is currently high due to the free quest pens. Give it a half-1year, and everyoen will be in full PEN boss, then the demand for memory will going to drop drastically.

Without crons and memory fragments (not from scrolls) drop this game is dead for now.

It is merly a random number. 5 crons a hour would be way better then zero crons per hour.  A month of grinding mite net you few 100 extra crons dont see how that is bad honestly it could be more. Should be able to farm cron stones some how that isnt buying costumes with pearls or silver on market or blacksmith at 2m which is way to much when you think about how many you need. Let alone how many times you will fail it mite end up costing more. Granted they give away a ton for free which is main reason i even have any.

Seals would be great way to add new stuff without having to do new stuff. Players would be rewarded for time spent doing those activities plus its fun to exchange items to get other items in a more controlled enviroment could be great.

Seals-50% chance to drop one per kill.

Elites give 5 anything harder would give 10 15 25 or 50 depending what it is.

 honestly any item players want could be in there for right price. Best stuff would take a long time This could even give players 2/3 j hammers a month if they grind alot. Which when you think about it would be awesome.  Only small sample if pearl abyss did this would be like 100pc per cron 100k per j hammer lol but thats just crazy. 

Shit can even add T8 horses under Life Seals for few k of them that be dope.
