I just bought an Asus gaming laptop ROG GA401QM it uses their armoury crate software etc to control resolution, button assignments, etc.  I'm using one of their Asus gladiator 3 mice, outside the game everything works properly but once inside BDO I cannot look around freely by using the mouse it "sticks" or gets stuck especially if i try to move the mouse to my right.  Mouse move is turned off but it also seems like mouse move is still active since the character moves when I move the mouse at times.  Seeking any thoughts about what might be causing this behavior, I've tried playing with mouse resolution and reports etc.  It also does the same thing with my logitech mouse (that's older) so it appears to be a game issue.  If it's an armoury crate issue someone say something to asus please!  The logitech doesn't use armoury crate it has it's own software, both mice work properly on my gigabyte based desktop machine as far as I can tell at least without the armoury crate.

Thoughts? Please?  settings in BDO that might be part or all of the problem?  I guess this would be a camera control issue?

Help

Thanks

This is a problem many players have/had. Most of them could fix it with switching fullscreen/borderless.

But you can also find other solutions when you google "bdo mouse right".

For me I have a 4K Screen. So, if I change my resolution from 150% to 100% while I'm in the game then it fixes my mouse problem of getting stuck when turning left or right (I hit the Windows Key and type in 'Display' in the search box and select 'change the Resolution of the Display' ). It also solves tiny blurry fonts during character creation to make them nice and crisp. I have a Razer Mamba Elite and  LG 32 Inch screen.  BDO is not very friendly concerning default monitor settings when first installed. I noticed it will even start on your second screen instead of your primary until you change your primary monitor's resolution to a specific setting (e.g. 150% to 100%) in my case when I first started BDO by default due to it being in a low resolution setting.

My basic Current settings that seem to work for my 4K screeen(I have a NVidia RTX 3080TI)

+ Windows 10 Resolution: 100% on primary game monitor

+ Full Screen Window

+ 3840x2160

+ UI Scale between 175 - 200

+ Texture Quality: High

+ Remastered (graphics setting)

Hope this helps in some way. =D
