Its just a straight up gamble of guessing where you opp will be teleported when he getting CC'd or use movement skills because of mouse movements exploit. If PA don't wanna fix it, just disable it. Its not a skill or trick its just exploiting of malfuntion game engine.

its been so old it is made into a feature and removing it is an admission of failure, PA doesn't do that out of the blue.
