Does this mean any other player can damage it, or only guilds that have dec'ed the drill's guild?  What is "enemy guild" in this context.

So the reward items can be claimed by all members of the guild, and not just one member, correct?

Also, how long does it take to complete drilling?  I didnt see that in the patch note.
