Easy Anti Cheat needs to go

I hate cheaters as much as everyone else. I want to play other games while BDO is minimized to the tray and I can't do that with EAC's anti-compatability feature. Games like Dead by Daylight and Apex Legends and now Lost Ark. I want to keep playing BDO while I play these games, but can't. Please work on fixing this with EAC or finding a new anti-cheat.

yes please, there are a tone of games i cant play now. or keep my workers working while off line something

the reason why easy anti cheat doesnt work is because some game have not updated their easy anti cheat for example lost ark is running on 4.0 while bdo is on 5.0. now if both games were running on the same update they would have no issues

who started this "rumor" in my folders both are 4.0.0
Still LA uses 580 and BDO 614

Thats the setup, not the actual programm.
Start LA, open task manager and search for EasyAntiCheat Service, rightclick and open the file path. There you will find an executable called EasyAntiCheat

so why not go in lost ark forum and ask them to remove anti cheat ?

For those who didn't have this information :
For once, BDO is not to blame, it has an up to date version of EAC and some other games (including Lost Ark) have an older version, thus the incompatibility.

Ask other games to remove their anti-cheats, not BDO. BDO is doing great in keeping the EAC updated and latest.
