For awhile now Ive had an idea to fix a lot of small issues with a single change regarding how weapon items are handled in BDO.

Pretty much the idea is to take all the Boss Weapons of a single type such as "Dandelion Weapons" and make all the unique classes weapons one item group being a Dandelion Weapon(Base-V). This weapon would automatically change into your classes appropriate weapon and revert to its boss state when taken off.

This change would fix a bunch of small things, tagging woes, allowing more accesible alt characters and promoting fun, buying/selling faster on enhanced items.  Base items-level15 may become far more accessible and actually listed. This would also rid the game of a few egregious pay for convenience features such as, single copy item. The need for weapon change coupons, and whatever else anti-consumer pracrices that still exist around core gameplay invented problems. Im sorry but Pearl you need to honestly walk away from these poor systems and make your game actually intuitive and not screw people over who just want to have fun in the game you got.

What this would indirectly do for Pearl. Outfit sales will rise since allowing people to main/play a bunch of classes its not only healthy for your community but gets your players more addicted and willing to spend a extra bit on an alt outfit. Its not rocket science. This is the best example i can come up with a fair micro transaction because its indirect. Id wager your numbers on Tag item function sales are incredibly low but who am I to know. I just speculate based off my spending.

At the end of the day im just a player in your game and hopefully my suggestion sees some light.

You mean that any weapon could be transferred from one class to another, just by equipping it it would automatically change into the matching weapon?

If it keeps any enhancement, caphras, crystals and so on, I'm all for it,this would be a good alternative to the tag system, but I don't think PA devs will think the same way. Maybe one day, when we will have 50 classes? XD

Yeah exactly that all of the above. My idea allows you to play whatever you want with your weapons when you feel like it. youd just need to move them around your account.

Say your weapons are on your Witch or whatever, then you feel like putting them in your storage and putting on a ninja and playing that right away since the weapons would just change to that class when equipped. 

Pretty much the concept is the boss weapon is like a multi-state item that becomes whatever classes item when equiped. it would have a generic sellable state and equiped. Lore wise this may make sense since boss weapons are magical and strong.

Just because they appear to not listen to everything doesnt mean they dont notice what their players want. All we can do is be positive and try, its a thing were it takes many voices not just one.

the tag event really shows how much funner the game is if ure able to play any class u want and some aspect of that has to stay imo. if this enables that then im all for it

Heck, I would say that they listen pleanty.  The thing is people expect the Devs to give them everything they want, and to give them everything RIGHT NOW, as if PA has some sort of magic wand and everything that every player has ever asked for will appear instantly.  Since PA took over NA/EU publishing I have seen several suggestions put into the game, just about every time PlasticDK here would go, oh well it's not enough and it's tool late they should have done it X amount of time ago, too little too late.  

100%, they definitely are doing stuff and i am hopeful for even more great changes. Dare i say optimistic. Ever since this class reboot ive been having a blast. I dont want it to end, so hopefully they take somebody's idea and keep that train on the rails. Playing whatever whenever is really fun and a fresh experience.

Also don't even bother with the fact that it's literately less than 10minute work to implement what is op asks for, and despite was asked many times since the years, PA doesn't bother to take that not even 10minute work to do it...

Well, it seems the tag event was appreciated and they seem to be thinking about making tag more accessible. That's already a good news.
