Dear PA, can I ask why is NA/EU the only region excluded from '[Event] Spring’s Special Login Rewards'?

Is Spring not coming to NA/EU? :)
Am I missing something or are we getting it at later date?
I hope we are not rewarded for the upcoming anniversary by missing out on an event instead of getting one.
