I do not think this is about sexualize Shai. It is more about the fact that her gargantuan diapper esque freaking !underwear" is sticking out and ruining most of her costumes.

TBH some look just plain bad due to the leggings that they give shai. Its like taking every single girl under 12 that wears a dress and telling me to put white leggings on her...no mater the color of the dress...the skin color of the girl...or the design of the dress itself...

You can't animate nipples, you can only aniamte moving parts. You probably meant they did not modell them?
BDO uses third party body modells, which are nude. PA only painted out them (censored) on the skin texture of the player characters.
On the other hand they was being the typhical lazzy PA, so you can find NPC models which have nipples under their clothes.
Animating doesn't automatically mean it's a moving part, animating is also the digital version of drawing.
Also it's not correct. The nude body parts doesn't have any genitals or nipples since the beginning.
Those nude fanmods or alike which happened in ancient days the people aditionally added them themselves...
To admit PA is animating (or modeling what ever) the shape nipples artificially on underwear or even some outfits.

Of course, I didn't mean to say Tera was illegal but it is in gray area territory because in Canada/Australia, drawings and CG of underage looking characters is illegal if they're doing sexual things / naked. I'm not sure if undies is okay. It's pretty backwards of a law that appeared a few years ago because it tries to convince people that cartoons are the same as real people. I never heard of the RCMP ever knocking down someone's door for playing Tera or coming across loli hentai but these days it wouldn't surprise me if it were to happen. Stay safe over there!

In game if you shai get damage.. you can see her blood.... but you can't dress your shai with regular swimsuit or underwear... Cant understand this kind of things
