Hey there. I'm wondering where character slots 27 and 28 are, which were announced in the patch notes way back on the 15th of December. 

Increased the max number of character slots obtainable via Character Slot Expansion Coupons to 26.
- You will be able to expand up to 28 character slots after a future update. We will announce if we make plans to expand the max number of character slots beyond 28.

"A future update" is super vague. Since normally we would get new slots for new seasons anyway, it would not have been needed to make this a statement, if it wasn't about extra slots with different timing. At least, that is what I thought. Having had to delete multiple characters now due to the character llimit in order to use the Time Pieces from Fughar in seasons, I was hopeful that this time I wouldn't have to.

But the season only has ~2 weeks left and there still is no slot 27. Please, give us at least slot 27 so that we can use the Time Piece without deleting yet another character. What's the wait for? It's been 2 months already. 

I would normally advocate for getting the slots and restoration of the already deleted characters, but at this point I'll take anything I can get. Since it was announced 2 months ago that we would be getting 2 more slots, I'd be really angry personally if we still don't have them in time before the season's end, to use the Time Piece on.

A future update= next season.

The expansions will likely come with the next two classes.  

Part of the point is, why would they suddenly announce 2 extra slots ahead of time? They've always released more for new seasons or classes without prior notice. Them giving us a heads up made me (and a lot of others I've talked to about it) interpret it as extra slots we'd get relatively quick.

Feels like such an empty and useless statement if it really doesn't change anything about how they used to continue, plus they really need to address the problem of not being able to use Time Pieces without deleting chars. They're punishing players who maxed out their roster :/

Loyalty is never really appreciated here :(

You can understand it as this: with the new season they will add two more, but afterwards they not gonna add extra slots with seasons. It might be a warnign so ppl shall not expect further increase.

Can't wait to level 2 more characters and have no reason to play them. 

Ah... right, that makes sense. Though that wasn't very clear from the announcement. It's anyone's guess... I guess. Certainly got my hopes up for nothing though. Again. Game's good at that :/

Luckily everyone can play how they want. The fact that you don't need them, doesn't mean others don't. I like to use all my characters a bit. The "I don't need/want it, so therefore it's useless for everyone" mindset people have is annoying as heck.
