I clicked to claim the freebie from my e-mail and was direct to this website:
https://payment.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-US/Pay/Package/ (Well, the actual one was a long referral one but it goes to the same page basically)
I wasn't logged in and clicked on Claim now for free and it made me login.
I clicked on it after I logged in and it says "It has been already issued."
I went to my web storage and nothing was there.
It wasn't in my in-game mail either. This happened to my friend as well.

The mail says that "If you claimed the gift before, you cannot claim it again".
I don't know if this is referring to a previous event where they gave us the same gift?

From what I've gathered, they sent out this exact package some time ago and for those who claimed it then they will not be able to claim this one, for those who didn't claim it last time they are able to claim it this time. I feel hella jebaited.

The free Gift Pack Event started on october 14th 2021. They only sent an e-mail as a reminder for everyone to claim it. If you did claim it already, just simply ignore the mass sent mail. Simple. No need to complain about something that works properly.

It's just a reminder mail to claim the gift they gave away in october 2021 before it's gone!
It's not a new gift! If you have claimed it in october you can't claim it again!

There are no dates listed in the e-mail. There are no promotional period shown on the webpage it sent me to. Of course I'm going to post in the bug forum if this is the case.
How would I know better? I haven't played BDO in a long time. To me I thought it was their attempt to bring people back. They shouldn't send it if you already claimed it.
