Make it so the barter button is saved when you change character/log out

Currently the anchor/depart/barter button appears in a very shit position when you have any screen over 1080p. it wouldn't be a problem if it's possible to save where u want the button to appear, but you can't and it resets everytime you change characters.
either make it so the game remembers the last position of the button, or make it an editable element in the edit ui screen
