Hello adventurers!

Let me describe my issue. I am from Latvia and I play Black Desert Onlice since 04.2016. Back then only place where I could play this awesome game was Russian server. Then Kakao Games oppened servers in Europe, but yikes, access to it was denied to all countries, that already were assigned to Russian region. With no legal way to play on region I relate myself,  I accepted the fate and stayed on RU. 
Now, with latest events related to Russia, I feel I just can't be there. I can't support it in any way, including playing on their servers. Also most likely soon there will be issues with connection/transactions for anyone outside of Russia.

Taking into account that Pearl Abyss now publish the game in both regions and is owner/keeper of data I asked Support, if there is an apportunity to move my account from one data base to another. Starting new account is an option, but please get me right, during 6 years I put A LOT of energy and time into current account. Sadly, currently such opportunity does not exist. I was suggested to write my idea as feedback, because "that's the best way for us to assess and evaluate any ideas players might have, especially related to the amount of players that agree with a specific point of view. ". 

So, dear adventurers, could you please support this idea and/or express your opinion on this matter? I feel that possibility to move my character (even with limitations, downgrades, etc) from undesired region to desired one is necessity, keeping in mind the history of access limitations and current geopolitical situation.

The possibility to change the server would be a great option, but I doubt they will do it.

Hey! I also play from Latvia in the RU region (by the same reasons) and would like my character to be moved to EU region.

I fully support it. Im from Poland.

They don't want to play with us, we don't want to play with them. Everyone benefits from the transfer of accounts. Additionally, it will have a good effect on the image of the game.

The same thing, bro! I'm playing from Latvia and started in 2016 too. 

Allready asked, many times all this years, both RU and EU supports, but everytime got the answer, that "at this time it's no technically possible". 

But cross-sieges between RU and EU regions made a point, that now it IS technically possible.

So my suggestion is to grant a transfer right with some smart restrictions, what for example I can deal with :

Transfer may cost some money;

No pearl shop items will be transferred;

Transfer is avaible 1 time per account.

Maybe some another restrictions...

In this case, Pearl Abyss company will gain a reputation of company, that care about it's customers, gain a loyal fans, who really loves this game, will make a profit from both transfet tax and

new pearl shop items sold (this can make a really nice long-term profit).

P.s. with a transfer, we need a rights to play on EU server at least because we are phisically leaving in European countries, and most of us, as bonus, are in European Union (EU).

P.s. Hope, that Ukranian neighbours will get the same rights. Mainly because of location, as is.

I dont think it is a good idea as server transfers that also bring over gear/tradeable/sellable stuff usually are abusable on many levels as those things were earned (not even going in honest vs dishonest discussion, but theres that too, someone might bring over boosted/bought or whatever account) in different gaming environment. Nothing personal. but if this is allowed, tomorrow we might be getting american accounts over to europe and we know how much easier is to get gear there due to way more p2w items on the marketplace.

i mean i know some will tell account trading/selling within same regions is a thing already and that pearl abyss successfully ignores the issue for most part but that should be policed also. 

I fully support it, I'd wish for the same in your position.
