Heres where I'm at after 3 days doing life skilling, scroll bosses and world/field bosses (quest rewards also included in the pic).
Only 2/15 actually the kind I need for my 5-6 different planned builds but it still feels like I will get most of the ones I want within a relatively short amount of time for BDO standards.
Time to do some alchemy on those lightstones and hope for some decent ones.

and ppl argue with me artifacts arent inventory clutter, for a dedicated neckbeard its like -8 slots at least.

2 slot equips that have very specific bonuses to a vast range of stats. Who would ever argue against them being inventory clutter?
Even the most basic player probably want at least 3 sets, one for PvP with DR, EV or HP for survivability, another for PvE with monster dmg and/or acc and then a general life skill exp one that covers occasional life skilling done across all different life skills.
Then if we go into neckb... enthusiast territory you want the gathering item drop rate combo, the afk fishing reduction combo, the cooking time -2s combo, one of the hunting combos, and one or more purely exp focused ones. Ontop of that the item droprate combo and the +400% combat exp combo are also of interest. With this in mind we are at lets say minimum 7-9 sets which is 14-18 slots which you either have to carry around or find a good place to store while not doing the specific activity.
A short ontopic mentioning. The screenshot I posted is as stated from bosses/life skilling. I have now put ~20 into grinding mobs and have had rly abysmal results with 0 artefact drops overall and ~7 earth lightstones in an area thats supposed to have "higher" rate for those.

Not really. Not many players do all 3 activity.
Also you get artifacts/lightstones just by playing, you don't need to invest a lot of effort into getting them at day1. Give it a half year, and most lightstones will be at min price on the market. The drop rate is way too high for a item that isn't getting destroyed. It will quickly overwhelm the shit economy bdo have....

Most of the best sets require Iridescent so they will never be cheap.
The situation is similar with others lightstones (all players want bis, everything else is garbage; it's typical bad game design by PA, should be an option to convert (as rng) one lightstone into another):
Well , they should say what your chance is. Treasure items understandable but actual drops should have a chance % in guides or something
Personally, I think that they should be giving the percentage chance of all drops, but PA has never been big on transparency.

Dalishain has a repeatable quest where you can hand over 3 lightstones to get a Purified Lightstone. Of course, who knows what the odds are for each type of lightstone from a Purified Lightstone, but there is actually a way to convert lightstones that you don't want into random lightstones at a rate of 3:1.

If they revealed it, they would probably lose 80% of their players.
I remember when the drop tables were stolen from the Cabal and it turned out that the chance of a bike (mount) drop was 1 to ... 6 million.

Yes but 3:1 with with an unknown chance it's unprofitable and we all know what it looks like in bdo: crap with 90%, medium with 5% and best item with 0,01%.
After they made pet skill chance and horse skill chanse public it became clear why we keep getting crap.

The lifeskill discord work on a Googlesheet to collected data for finding the table.
It's more fun to find by yourself (I mean the community) than to have it directly by PA.

Would you mind linking the googlesheet please? I don't have discord or ever want to use it.
