You should already know it.

You introduced pity system for pots, because of the ridiculous high penalty when people are unlucky.

You introduced safe PENs because you know that it frustrated people and to give an alternative.

Now the new (mandatory because so powerful) artifact system, you force players into grinding hundreds of hours, in old fart low level trash spots, without alternative system, not be able to buy it.

This is NOT FUN, in case you think it is. Rewarding players that have luck is fine, but u're turning "unlucky" into the most boring and utterly stupid gameplay there could ever be.

What comes next, another slot maybe with 10 stats on it that you have to grind on grass beetles for 1000 hours? That should make some fine content.

You overdramatize it. Artifact drop rate isn't that bad. You get it eventually. Heck it's actually too high imo.

If anything the only issue I see is that they can't be sold on market.

In total this past week I got 1 artifact in 2-3hrs of grinding spots with artifact drops. Is that lucky? I don't know. But I have seen some people have buttload of them.

I think these drops are reward for playing a long time, not for people dedicating their time to grind for it specifically... at least that's how I interpret it. Kind of like going from level 61 to 62 and 62 to 63. Should you grind mobs specifically for this? Probably not. You should probably just accept your XP over time and not stress over it. So if you get it, you get it. If you don't, you don't. But it's something you shouldn't just dedicate a whole month trying to get I think.

Now I started to try getting infninite potion stuff and this will take ages. I think you're more likely to get the item to drop itself then to get the items needed to amalgamate together. RNG drops isn't so bad, it's RNG gear improvement that is stupid. It's probably the main money maker though.

Have you even familiarized yourself with all the artifact (and lightstones sets) bonuses?

20 DR, 10AP or +17% life it's "nothing" to you?

Tell me which "Low level zone" do you have to visit for an artifact you want.  From what I can see every artifact drops from both high and low level zones, they just don't drop from Elvia spots.

ranged AP is Naga, Crescent, Pirates, Protty, Pila, upper Sycraia.

what's so hard to understand that this content is simply not fun? not even a bit? and that "eventually you will get it" doesn't make that part better?

let us be able to buy it, or exchange like 20 artifacts for one of your choice or something. but this is literally rolling a million dice in the most boring way you can imagine

If you are going for +4 hidden AP  you belong in those newbie spots.  Go for the accuracy or HP instead, because that actually matters.  You are complaining about a 0.75% increase in AP by getting a +4 hidden AP.  If the Artifacts gave + sheet AP that would be a bracket and then you would have a valid complaint.  

A guildie managed to get life artifacts that he doesn't need, but I do.
I did a 100+ Leebur scroll run, did not get anything, a party member got 7 (SEVEN) artifacts that I need.

And I just sat there and watched as they DESTROY THEM. So fking annoying. Why can't they sell them to me?

Make the damn things sellable on market. Why does this have to be even a request in an MMO? If you can call this antisocial joke of a game an MMO.

Also, the monster AP/DR artifacts (want to get a few for boss alts) have NO GRIND SPOT at the moment, as you will be able to grind them in the new region, which is not in our client yet.

Dude what the hell? Getting 20 artifacts? Cannot  even get ONE.
