I'm in the questline part called [Manor] Whom Shall She Choose?

The Completion Target is Jarette Domongatt.

And the mission is to deliver the List of Marriage Prospects to her at Western Guard Camp.

However, every time I go there, she's not there at any time of the day.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how do I get around it?

Or do I just have to wait for it to get fixed...

'Cause I'd really love to start designing my manor ♡

The reason behind it is that there is a another questline(some sea content questline) which makes her disappear. Do it on a different character.
